Senske Services buys Sun Pest Management


Sun Pest Management was acquired by Senske Services, based in Kennewick, Washington. Terms were not disclosed; The Aust Group represented Clarkston, Washington, as exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.

Sun Pest Management was founded in 1969 by Marvin Jackson and sold to Russ and Jenny Craber in 2005.

In addition to general pest control, Sun Pest Management also offers private and commercial customers weed control and lawn care. The company’s services are offered throughout Southeast Washington, North Idaho, and Northeast Oregon.

“We are excited for Russ and Jenny Craber and the Sun Pest team in the acquisition by Senske Services as we believe this is a good fit for both parties,” said Stuart Aust, director of Aust Group, in the press release.
